About this festival

The 90s Super Show comes to Messehalle Erfurt on 17 October 2026. Running from 3 pm to 10 pm, the indoor festival combines a journey through the nineties’ music with a curated stage programme. Up to ten top acts from the VIVA- and MTV era perform live at each show. It is aimed at visitors looking to experience the decade’s pop, dance and technopop in a major arena show.

Messehalle on Gothaer Straße provides the setting for the seven-hour event. Doors open at 3 pm, with the show starting at 5 pm. Rather than focusing on a single concert performance, the programme features several live acts and brings together songs from the nineties in a compact festival production. The venue can also be reached by tram lines 2, 3, 6 and N3 to the Messe stop.

How do I get to the festival?

Messehalle Erfurt is located at Gothaer Straße 34 and is easily reached by public transport: bus route 80 and tram lines 2, 3, 6 and N3 stop at the “Messe” stop.

Is parking available?

There is ample parking at the exhibition grounds, so you can drive directly to the venue.

How old do I need to be to get in?

The minimum age is 6. Children and young people under 16 may enter when accompanied by at least one adult with parental responsibility; parental responsibility cannot be transferred using a Muttizettel.

Is there a box office?

Any remaining tickets can be bought online at the box office via a QR code, while stocks last. As the shows often sell out, the cheaper advance sale is recommended.

What can I bring, and what is prohibited?

You may not bring your own food or drinks. Pets, weapons, drugs, laser pointers, and rucksacks or bags larger than DIN A4 are also prohibited; handbags are permitted.

Is the site accessible?

Every venue has spaces for wheelchair users, some on raised platforms with a good view of the stage. Companions of wheelchair users are admitted free of charge.

Can I leave the site and return later?

Once your event ticket has been validated, re-entry is generally not permitted.

A wide selection of food and drinks will be available on site.
