The SAP Arena is easy to reach by car and public transport. Every event ticket also serves as a travel pass for a direct return journey on buses, trams and second-class RE, RB and S-Bahn trains throughout the VRN area. Extra rail services are often put on after the event ends.

Several car parks are available around the SAP Arena. Parking for this event costs a flat rate of €6.00 per day. Car parks P1 and P6 to P8 are generally open around the clock, while P2 and P3 open two hours before the event begins. A parking guidance system helps visitors find their way.

The box office is located between entrances A and B and usually opens 1.5 hours before the event begins.

The SAP Arena ticket webshop accepts MasterCard, Bluecode, VISA and American Express. At the box office, ticket shop and advance sales outlets, credit cards, EC cards and cash are also accepted.

Weapons, glass bottles, cans, pyrotechnic items, alcoholic drinks and your own food are not permitted. Bags and rucksacks must not exceed 21 x 8 x 34 centimetres. Larger items can be left at the drop-off point by Entrance B for a fee of €2.00.

Animals are not permitted inside the SAP Arena, except guide dogs.

Caravans can be parked in the coach park for a flat rate of €10.00 per day. Camping in car parks is not permitted.
