The ZAG Arena is located at Expo Plaza in Hanover. From the main station, take tram line 6 from Kröpcke stop, around a three-minute walk from the station, to the Messe/Ost terminus; services run approximately every ten minutes.

The ZAG Arena’s Arena car park is open for public events, with parking costing €20. The entrance is on Gut Kronsberg.

The minimum age is 6. Children and young people under 16 may enter when accompanied by at least one adult with parental responsibility; parental responsibility cannot be transferred using a Muttizettel.

Any remaining tickets can be bought online at the box office via a QR code, while stocks last. As the shows often sell out, the cheaper advance sale is recommended.

You may not bring your own food or drinks. Pets, weapons, drugs, laser pointers, and rucksacks or bags larger than DIN A4 are also prohibited; handbags are permitted.

Every venue has spaces for wheelchair users, some on raised platforms with a good view of the stage. Companions of wheelchair users are admitted free of charge.

Re-entry is generally not permitted once your event ticket has been validated.

A wide selection of food and refreshing drinks will be available in the arena.
