Any remaining tickets can be purchased online at the box office via a QR code, subject to availability. As the shows often sell out, the cheaper advance sale is recommended.

You may not bring your own food or drinks. Pets, weapons, drugs, laser pointers, and rucksacks or bags larger than DIN A4 are also prohibited; handbags are permitted.

Every venue has spaces for wheelchair users, some on raised platforms with a good view of the stage. Companions of wheelchair users receive free admission.

Re-entry is generally not permitted once your event ticket has been validated.

A wide selection of food and refreshing drinks will be available in the arena.
