About this festival
Over New Year, the Ekinox Hall in Bourg-en-Bresse’s Ainterexpo Park becomes a festival arena for Hard Music. On 31 December 2026, the second edition begins at 7pm with a programme of more than ten hours, running into the early morning. National and international acts from techno and harder electronic styles take centre stage. An elaborate light and laser show, food trucks, a merchandise stand and a VIP area accompany the musical night. The organiser uses Ekinox’s official ticketing service and the Shotgun platform for ticket sales.
More than fifteen artists will perform on the night, with Hysta, Dimitri K, Mighty Spiritz and Cosy Nightmare among the first confirmed names. Doors open at 7pm, with last entry at 3am. The event takes place in the hall at 25 Avenue du Maréchal Juin and can be reached via local bus services and Bourg-en-Bresse station. A hybrid cashless payment system will be in place on site.

Questions & answers
How do I get to the festival?
The Ekinox Hall in Ainterexpo Park is well connected: Bus route 2 from Bourg-en-Bresse Gare SNCF takes around ten minutes to the entrance, while route 6 also runs from the city centre. Those travelling from further afield can use Bourg-en-Bresse station (TER/TGV services from Lyon, Paris or Geneva). The organiser also offers shuttle buses from several towns in the region via its partner Akkros.
Is parking available?
Car parks P2 and P3 are available around the site, with more than 1,600 spaces between them. A reserved car park for people with reduced mobility is located directly next to the entrance.
How old do I need to be to get in?
You must be 18 or over to enter the festival and bring valid ID.
How do I pay on site?
A hybrid cashless system operates across the site: payments are made cashlessly using a wristband or a comparable solution. Bars are positioned densely enough to keep waiting times short.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
You may bring an empty, transparent plastic water bottle; free drinking water stations are available on site. Prohibited items include weapons, cutting tools, glass and metal containers, drugs, drones, selfie sticks, smoking materials, suitcases and large backpacks. There is no dress code, and costumes are welcome. Lockers are available.
What happens in bad weather?
The festival takes place entirely inside the covered Ekinox-Halle, so the season’s weather and temperatures have no impact on the experience.
Is the site accessible?
The site is designed for people with reduced mobility: a nearby parking area for people with disabilities and numerous on-site adaptations make participation largely accessible.
