About this festival
Amsterdam Music Festival 2026 takes place on 24 October 2026 at the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam and is one of the Netherlands’ largest EDM- and electronic-music festivals. The event brings international superstars from the electronic music scene to the country’s largest arena and is traditionally one of the highlights of Amsterdam Dance Event. The line-up includes stars such as Armin van Buuren, Amelie Lens, Afrojack, ARTBAT and David Guetta.
With a capacity of more than 50,000 visitors, the Johan Cruijff ArenA provides an impressive setting for the spectacle. AMF is known for its elaborate stage production and the annual live broadcast of the DJ Mag Top 100. Tickets are available via the official AMF website.

How do I get to the festival?
The Johan Cruijff ArenA is easy to reach by public transport: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station and Strandvliet metro station are both just a few minutes from the stadium. Additional metro services and extended train services run on concert nights. You can plan your journey via the Arena’s mobility portal; train and metro tickets are available from NS and GVB.
Is parking available?
Parking at the Johan Cruijff ArenA should be booked online in advance to guarantee a space. Most municipal car parks (P1 to P6, P10, P14 and P18) open four hours before the event starts, often from 4 pm for evening events, and close around two hours after it ends. P7, P8, P9 and Amstel III generally open three hours beforehand.
Cyclists can use 1,400 bicycle spaces on the north-west side between entrances North C and D. Secure parking is available at Villa ArenA by main entrance E (€1 for bicycles, €1.50 for scooters and €2 for motorcycles).
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Alcoholic drinks and drugs may not be brought into the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Entry is also not permitted if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Is the site accessible?
Wheelchair spaces at the Johan Cruijff ArenA are always allocated together with a companion space; tickets are issued by the relevant organiser. Accessible toilets are located near the wheelchair spaces and platforms. Visitors without a wheelchair space can find an accessible toilet on every level near Entrance E. Visitors who need support outside the stadium may bring a companion.
Can I leave the site and return later?
Re-entry is not permitted. Under the Johan Cruijff ArenA house rules, your ticket becomes permanently invalid if you leave the event area.
