About this festival
For three nights in November, Ravenna becomes a hub for experimental electronic music. The eighteenth edition of Transmissions takes place from 19 to 21 November 2026 at Teatro Rasi and other venues across the city. This year’s programme centres on the figure of Theodoric, King of the Ostrogoths, exploring encounters, frictions and fragile forms of coexistence between cultures.
Thursday opens with Kevin Richard Martin, performing as The Bug with Sub Zero in a space between dub, ambient and slow pulses. Radwan Ghazi Moumneh and Frédéric D. Oberland present Eternal Life No End, joined by Sara Persico. Friday features Iggor Cavalera with a solo live set, Alina Kalancea with dark ambient and drone, and Adriano Zanni. Saturday belongs to PHREN with Marta Salogni, Stefano Pilia and Sarah Mazzetti, Blak Saagan with illustrator Majid Bita, and Tristan da Cunha; a guitar concert by Bruno Dorella completes the evening.
Tickets are available for individual nights or as a pass for all three days. Advance tickets for individual nights cost €20, or €15 at the reduced rate. The early-bird pass for all concerts costs €50 plus fees.
