909 Festival 2027

Since 2011, 909 Festival in the Netherlands has followed a deliberately stripped-back approach: rather than elaborate stage shows, the focus is on rhythm, groove and the music itself. Its name refers to the Roland TR-909, whose sound has shaped electronic dance music. The 2027 edition takes place on 5 and 6 June at Amsterdamse Bos, an open site among the trees at Nieuwe Meerlaan 1 in Amstelveen.

Artists from the electronic scene will perform across two festival days, with the full programme announced gradually. Those wishing to attend can register for the presale via the official website, which opens later. The site can be reached by bike, shuttle bus, taxi or car; parking is available at RAI Amsterdam, with buses running from there to the festival.

Entry is for those aged 18 or over, and ID may be required at the entrance. Its setting in Amsterdamse Bos combines electronic music with a calm, green environment.
