SPOT Festival 2027

For two days in May, Aarhus becomes a festival city: SPOT 2027 takes place on 7 and 8 May across around twenty venues in the city centre. Since 1994, the Danish showcase festival has been where the Nordic music scene introduces its next names. More than 150 acts from Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland perform in clubs, cultural venues and smaller stages, often with several concerts at each venue per evening.

The programme spans pop, indie, hip-hop and electronic productions; the 2027 selection will be announced from November. With short distances between venues, an evening can easily be explored on foot. Tickets are available for both days or separately for Friday and Saturday, in three price tiers that rise over time. Those working in music can also book SPOT+, the industry gathering with a conference programme and delegate pass.

Aarhus is directly accessible by train and via Aarhus Airport; most venues are located around Musikhuset and Vester Allé.
