Questions & answers

How do I get to the festival?

The festival site is at Fira Montjuïc, Avda. Maria Cristina s/n, 08004 Barcelona. Metro lines L1 and L3 stop at Espanya, while numerous bus routes, including 9, 13, 23, 27, 37, 46, 50, 65, 79, 91, 109, 150, 165, L80, L81, L87, L94, L95 and H12, serve the area around the site.

Is parking available?

Fira Montjuïc has its own car park, so you can travel by private or hired vehicle. Public transport is more convenient, however.

How old do I need to be to enter?

People aged 18 or under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult must sign a declaration at the entrance releasing the festival organisers from liability.

How can I pay on site?

Only card payments are accepted across the festival site, with the festival operating a fully digital payment system. If you experience issues with digital payment, a designated cash-payment area is available, although cash is not the standard payment method.

What can I bring, and what is prohibited?

You may bring one bottle of water without a cap and a sandwich. Motorcycle helmets, professional cameras and video cameras are not permitted; photography is only allowed with a disposable camera.

Is the site accessible?

The site is adapted for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. Ramps, lifts and a level layout without structural barriers make it easier to move around the site, and the festival team is available on site to help with any questions.

Can I leave the site during the festival?

Re-entry is not permitted: once you have left the site, you cannot return using the same ticket or wristband. This is due to the conditions of the event’s special permit and agreements with local residents.
