About this festival

DropZone Festival takes place at Zrće Beach on the Croatian island of Pag from 3 to 8 July 2027. For six days, the focus is on harder electronic dance music, with hardstyle, hardcore, Frenchcore, uptempo and UK hardcore forming its musical profile. The programme includes stage events, pool parties and boat parties, with more than 20 events announced for the festival week. Its beachside setting combines the music programme with a stay on the Adriatic.

Novalja is the nearest town to the festival site, offering accommodation and shopping facilities. Zrće Beach is a short drive away. Alongside individual festival tickets, travel packages are available with hotels, apartments or villas. Boat parties require a separate ticket, while festival entry includes the pool parties. Visitors can therefore plan their stay and journeys between their accommodation and the beach around the festival week.

Questions & answers

How do I get to the festival?

The nearest airports are Zadar and Split. Zadar is around a 1.5-hour drive away, while Split is roughly 3.5 hours away. Dropzone offers transfers from the airport to Novalja, and a local shuttle bus connects Novalja with the festival site at Zrce Beach.

How old do I need to be to get in?

All Dropzone events are for ages 18 and over. ID is required when collecting your festival wristband and checking in to your accommodation; Croatian law also requires you to carry valid photo ID at all times.

How can I pay on site?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDeal and Sofort are accepted when purchasing tickets and packages. Instalment payments are also available: only the deposit is due initially, with the remaining balance paid in monthly instalments.

What can I bring, and what is prohibited?

Prohibited items include hard and soft drugs, alcoholic drinks, glassware, flags, weapons, aerosols and fireworks. Sunscreen in bottles is permitted, but spray bottles are not; professional equipment is only allowed with prior approval.

Is the site accessible?

All clubs are wheelchair accessible, though in some cases this is limited to central areas. Boat parties are not accessible due to narrow entrances and stairs.

Can I leave the site and come back later?

With your festival wristband, you can leave and re-enter the clubs hosting Dropzone events at any time; this also applies to the pool parties. A separate ticket is required for boat parties.
