ANIME

AniMe is Italian DJ and producer Barbara Palermo, bringing together hard-hitting Hardcore and a feel for the big stage. Her music combines driving grooves and vocals with a distinctive Industrial and Darkcore edge.

She took her first steps as a DJ in Italian clubs, performing early on under the names Eklipze and Radioactive. After her time with D-Boy Black Label, she joined Traxtorm Records, where the EP Detonate was released in 2010.

She later created Hardcore Machine with DJ Mad Dog, a collaboration that reached number four in the Masters of Hardcore Top 100. Her 2016 debut album Exterminate was followed by further albums, while AniMe also made her mark as a producer of festival anthems. In 2018, she and Dave Revan created The Third Invasion for Masters of Hardcore Austria. Her performances have taken her to Dominator, Defqon.1, Masters of Hardcore and EDC Las Vegas, among others.

In 2025, she also founded her own label, Absolute Records. On stage, AniMe delivers high-energy Hardcore sets whose force has long been tried and tested before festival crowds across Europe and beyond.
