About this festival
Coal Festival 2026 takes place on 24 and 25 July 2026 on the sandy beach of the Žermanická Reservoir in Soběšovice, Czech Republic. The 13th edition of the open-air electronic music festival features three stages dedicated to techno, house, deep house, tech house and drum & bass. Set at Beachclub Zátoka, the festival site brings together a swimming lake, beach and music for a summer experience featuring international, Czech and Slovak artists.
The stages are themed around different electronic styles, spanning deep deep-house sounds through to hard neurofunk and DnB beats. Over 13 years, Coal Festival has established itself as a fixture of the Czech electronic festival scene, attracting visitors from across Central Europe.

How do I get to the festival?
COAL Festival 2026 takes place at the Beach bar Zátoka beach area by the Žermanice reservoir in Soběšovice. The address is Soběšovice ev. č. 11, 739 38 Soběšovice. Public buses serve Soběšovice Na Husarůvce for the COAL Village camping area and Žermanice rozcestí for the main entrance.
Is parking available?
Visitors to the COAL Village Camp can reserve parking directly at the camp for 650 Kč per vehicle, bookable online via smsticket.cz. Additional public parking is available at the dam, but cannot be reserved and is subject to availability on arrival.
How can I pay on site?
Both cash and card payments are accepted at the festival site. As the festival is located directly by the water, mobile reception may be limited at times, so bringing enough cash is recommended. The nearest cash machine is in the neighbouring municipality of Lučina.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Bringing your own drinks is prohibited throughout the festival site. Glass bottles are prohibited in the COAL Village campsite for safety reasons. The site has several bars serving first-class cocktails, beer and spirits, as well as an extensive food area with burgers, pizza and vegan options.
