Questions & answers
Is parking available?
Two supervised car parks are available on the festival site. Parking at P1 costs €15 from Thursday to Saturday, or €10 on Saturday. P2, which is closer to the entrance, costs €25 from Thursday to Saturday, or €15 on Saturday. Motorcycles can park at P2 for €10, while visitors with a disability card (ZŤP) also pay €10. Payment can be made by cash or card at the car park. Taxis can park directly at the entrance in designated VIP-parking or long-stay spaces for a fee.
Is there a box office?
Tickets are available from the box office, but not in advance for the day of the event itself. Children aged up to ten can enter free when accompanied by an adult and must present an identity document on request. Tickets at the box office can be purchased with cash or card, but not using the festival wristband.
How do I pay on site?
A cashless NFCtron system operates in the festival area. On entry, visitors receive a festival wristband with a chip, which can be topped up at designated charging points. It is mainly used to pay at bars, food stalls and for the premium ceramic toilets. Credit can be added in cash or by card, in euros and Czech koruna. Parking, camping, merchandise and tickets at the evening box office are paid for separately in cash or by card. A one-off activation fee of €2 applies to the first top-up.
Is the site accessible?
Visitors with a disability card (ZŤP) pay a reduced rate of €10 at the VIP car park P2. At the entrance, separate terms apply to wheelchair users and their accompanying persons, who receive 50% off the current admission price. Entry is permitted only with a valid ZŤP-S card and when accompanied by the registered accompanying person.
