Natte Visstick

Natte Visstick is a Dutch DJ and producer who brings together the intensity and humour of meme techno. His sound combines jumpstyle and hardstyle with absurd lyrics and fragments of internet culture. The person behind the name remains unknown: he releases music anonymously and performs in a black ski mask.

He has released music since 2021, initially with the stated aim of making people laugh. His debut single Kk dikke natte visstick gave the emerging style an early identity, even if his own remained unseen. When an email from a label about the genre's fast-moving business leaked in 2022, he founded the Pestcore Collectief with other artists as a counter-movement.

He broke through in 2022 with Visstick gooi die kanker kick, which gained attention on TikTok and reached number 15 in the Dutch Single Top 100. He later collaborated with Mr. Polska, The Partysquad and Yellow Claw, among others. In German-speaking countries, Spring with Mr. Polska and Ski Aggu introduced him to audiences; his collaboration with Yellow Claw on CRUSH reached a wider audience through the film “Babygirl”.

His sound now extends beyond meme techno, combining hard techno sounds with jumpstyle and influences from hardcore techno. With 4 THE PEOPLE, he now puts community and the freedom of individual creative expression at the centre. At festival stages including Tomorrowland and Verknipt, this idea and his fast, humorous tracks meet a rave audience.
