Korsakoff

Behind DJ Korsakoff is Lindsay van der Eng, a Dutch DJ whose name stands for melodic hardcore. Her music combines the force of hardcore with melodies and rave energy.

Korsakoff began in 2001 as a project by producer Bart Kok, who wanted to release more melodic music than under his Catscan alias. It started with “Separated World” on the Third Movement label. Lindsay van der Eng has been the face of the project since 2004, taking to the decks as DJ Korsakoff.

She made her DJ debut at Masters of Hardcore at the Thialf Stadium. In the same year, she created “Unleash the Beast” with DJ Outblast, the anthem for that edition of Masters of Hardcore. Her album “Pink Noise” later reached the Dutch charts, while “Stiletto” charted in Belgium.

On stage, Korsakoff brings this powerful, melodic sound to major hardcore events and festivals across Europe. Her programme has not stopped at those early successes: new releases are also documented for 2025 and 2026.
