About this festival
Waterland returns to Serena Water Park in Espoo on 13 March 2027 for a day and night. House, techno and trance take centre stage at the electronic event. Four stages are spread across the site: the Mainstage is located in the pool area, with further stages in a cave, the sauna area and the lounge. The edition combines dancefloors with pools and waterslides available for use.
The programme begins at 4 pm and runs until 1:30 am. Visitors need swimwear and their own towel; lockers require a two-euro coin. The water park is located at Tornimäentie 10. Bus services from Helsinki are planned, with further details to follow. Admission is open to those aged 20 or over. The names and set times of the artists appearing at this edition will be announced later.

How do I get to the festival?
Waterland runs bus transfers from Helsinki to Serena Water Park in Espoo; route and timetable details will be announced later. Alternatively, you can use Uber, Bolt, a taxi or your own car. Serena has a taxi rank for the journey home, but due to high demand at the end of the event, you should book in good time.
Is parking available?
Serena provides ample free parking during the event. Visitors are advised to follow the instructions of the traffic and event management teams and to share cars where possible.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Waterland 2027 is a K20 event, so entry is permitted from the age of 20 only. You will need to present valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, identity card or driving licence, at the entrance to prove your age.
How do I pay on site?
At Waterland bars and sales points, payment is made with tokens, which can be purchased separately by card at token sales points. Unused tokens can be returned at a token sales point after the event.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Please bring swimwear, your own towel, a €2 coin for the locker key, valid photo ID, your ticket on your phone and a payment card. Outside drinks, bottles, cans and food are not permitted; exceptions for special dietary requirements or medical needs can be arranged in advance via info@waterland.fi.
Is the site accessible?
The Serena site includes changes in level, stairs, wet surfaces and pool areas, and not all event areas are fully accessible. Guests with reduced mobility or requiring assistance are asked to contact info@waterland.fi by email in advance for individual travel and access recommendations.
Can I leave the site and return later?
A ticket permits one entry only. If you leave the event site, you cannot re-enter using the same ticket. Make sure you have everything you need with you before entering.
What rules apply to pools and water slides?
Almost all of Serena’s pools and slides are open during Waterland. Guests must be able to swim to use them. Heavily intoxicated guests or those who disregard instructions may not use the facilities. Instructions from supervisors, security staff and Serena employees must be followed. Wet floors may be slippery, so suitable footwear with good grip is recommended.
