About this festival
Transmission Netherlands makes its debut at Gelredome in Arnhem on 28 November 2026. The Dutch indoor event brings the globally recognised trance brand to the province of Gelderland for the first time, promising a spectacular show with high-quality laser production. Organiser United Music Events combines music and visual design in one of the Netherlands’ largest indoor stadiums.
The programme spans trance, progressive trance and tech-trance – genres for which Transmission is known. The line-up for the Dutch debut will be announced gradually, with the first artist announcements still to come. With its retractable roof and modern acoustics, Gelredome provides the right setting for an elaborate stage show. The arena is well served by public transport and conveniently located between the Ruhr area and the Amsterdam metropolitan region.

How do I get to the festival?
Transmission Netherlands 2026 takes place at the GelreDome in Arnhem. By public transport, travel to Arnhem Central Station and take the shuttle bus to the GelreDome. Return tickets for the shuttle buses can be bought on board. If travelling by car, navigate to Batavierenweg 25 in Arnhem and follow the yellow parking signs on site.
Is parking available?
The GelreDome offers parking tickets for visitors travelling by car. Further details about parking will be announced.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Admission is strictly for those aged 18 or over. No exceptions can be made, including on the day after your birthday. Valid ID may be checked.
How do I pay at the venue?
Payments at the GelreDome are made using the GelreDome Wallet. The payment card is available from machines and tills and can be topped up with cash, credit or debit card. The minimum amount for purchasing a Wallet is €5.00. Registering your Wallet via the dedicated website allows you to top it up and have any remaining balance refunded after the event.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
You may not bring your own food or drinks. For safety reasons, liquids, drugs, weapons, laser pointers, glass, aerosols, cans, plastic bottles, sharp objects, and professional photo or video equipment with interchangeable lenses are prohibited. Clothing or visible symbols displaying political or social messages are also not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the GelreDome.
Is the site accessible?
The GelreDome is accessible for wheelchair users. All entrances are step-free, and adapted toilets are available. Access to the VIP platform cannot be guaranteed for wheelchair users.
