About this festival

On Obonjan, off the coast of Šibenik, electronic music meets an Adriatic island stay from 31 August to 5 September 2027. The Island Festival runs for six days and five nights, with dancing at East Harbour, in the forest, by the pool and in the amphitheatre. Boat parties add to the music programme, while yoga and meditation are available in the mornings. The island’s sea and bays are also part of the experience.

Accommodation options include Bell Tents on wooden decks at East Camp and South Camp. Each booking combines festival access with a place to sleep for five nights. Food is not included, but the island has street food and a range of cuisines. Travel first takes you to Šibenik, followed by a boat crossing to Obonjan.

Camping

For the 2027 edition on Obonjan, Bell Tents on wooden decks can be booked at East Camp and South Camp. The package includes festival access and five nights’ accommodation; meals are not included.

Questions & answers

How do I get to the festival?

All guests first meet in Šibenik on the Adriatic coast before taking the ferry across to the island of Obonjan. The ferry must be booked in advance via the Crystal-Tours customer portal; in 2026, a return crossing cost around €38 per person, with 2027 prices to be published in the portal. The nearest airports are Split, Zadar and Zagreb.

Is parking available?

Parking is not available on the island, but is available in Šibenik, where it costs between €10 and €20 per day depending on the location.

How do I pay on site?

At check-in, each person receives a cashless festival wristband, which can be topped up at reception and at the bars. There is a cash machine on the island; the small shop and the boat party accept cash or card.

What can I bring, and what is prohibited?

You may bring a small amount of your own food and drink in your hand luggage for daily use, but it may not be consumed in the restaurant and bar areas. Open fires, barbecuing and cooking are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Are day tickets or festival-only tickets without accommodation available?

No. The festival is sold exclusively as a package including accommodation and festival access; only guests wearing a festival wristband may enter the island.

Is WLAN available on the island?

Yes, free WLAN is available across the island, and every accommodation has 220-volt sockets for charging devices.
