About this festival
Dresden’s biggest techno open-air returns to Ostra Beach on 11 July 2027. From 1 pm, a Mainstage and Field Stage will take over the site at Zur Messe 11, where the park becomes a beach area with 2,000 square metres of sand. Entry is for ages 18 or over only, and payment is by card throughout the site. Dogs must stay at home, there is no cloakroom, and visitors attending in summer heat may bring a water bottle of up to one litre.
Vegetarian and vegan food stalls will provide refreshments. Advance sales begin with Blind Tickets before the regular tiers follow; the acts for 2027 are yet to be announced. Part of the Dresden summer, the event combines electronic music with one of the city’s most unusual outdoor spaces.

Is parking available?
There is ample parking available on site. If you are not travelling by car, you can reach the site by bicycle or on tram line 10, whose terminus is nearby.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Tanz im Ostra is for guests aged 18 or over; children are not permitted entry. You must bring your ID card for admission.
How can I pay on site?
Card payments are accepted throughout the festival site.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
In exceptionally hot weather, you may bring a water bottle of up to 1.0 litre. Further details will be announced in good time before the event.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Dogs are not allowed on site; the music is too loud for animals and the venue is not suitable.
Is there anything to eat at the festival site?
There are several food stalls on site offering a wide selection of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Is there a cloakroom?
No cloakroom is available; please leave bulky luggage at home.
