About this festival
Sweet Mountain Festival brings electronic dance music to Süssberg in the canton of Uri. From 13 to 16 August 2026, the mountain area above Schattdorf becomes a four-day open-air site featuring two dance stages, a food tent serving vegetarian cuisine and a bazaar. The edition is organised by the Sweet Mountain Freund:innen association, which has run the festival independently since 2017. Travel is via the Schattdorf–Haldi aerial cableway, whose gondola takes guests directly to the valley station.
The programme spans house, electro, trance and other forms of electronic dance music. More than 40 acts from Switzerland and abroad perform across the stages, including live acts and DJ sets. Accommodation is available at the campsite, which has showers and outdoor washbasins. Alongside the music, the festival site offers relaxed places to unwind in the mountain landscape. Tickets are available as two-, three- or four-day passes; early-bird allocations have already sold out.
