About this festival
From 12 to 19 December 2026, Ski & Boarderweek turns Val Thorens into a winter festival in the heart of the Trois Vallées. The ski festival combines six days on the slopes with parties at several locations: the open-air concert and subsequent fireworks take place on the roof of the Le Board sports centre, the mountain lodge party is held at Chalets du Thorens at around 2,600 metres, and rotating DJ crews play at the Après-Ski-Snowbase. Club nights in the resort's nightlife venues complete the programme.
The 2026 line-up features house DJs Solvane and Maddi Bu alongside party acts PA69, Udo West and Laser Ludi, with further acts still to be announced. Festival guests stay directly on the slopes, combining ski and snowboard days with the afternoon and evening music programme. A ski pass is not required to attend the events; those travelling up the mountain for the lodge party use the lift.

Questions & answers
Is parking available?
You may stop briefly outside your accommodation on arrival and departure. During the week, cars must be parked in one of Val Thorens’ paid car parks, with weekly rates starting at around €79. Parking in the resort without a valid permit will almost always result in your vehicle being towed away, with substantial additional costs.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Under-18s may only join trips without a programme, as no duty of supervision is assumed. Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Whether you need to bring your own bed linen and towels depends on your accommodation: some apartments provide them, while others do not. Details can be found in the accommodation description, booking confirmation and final travel information.
