About this festival
Techno comes to the open air at WM Arena Gießen on 15 May 2027, when Rave and Sun Festival is planned as a one-day open-air event. Alongside the Main Stage, minus:one provides a second stage at a container stage, focused on a darker techno sound. It adds its own emphasis to the Main Stage programme.
The festival runs from 12 noon until 1am. WM Arena is located on Schiffenberger Weg in southern Gießen. The site is within walking distance of the Sandkauter Weg, Siemensstraße and Philosophikum bus stops, as well as the Gießen Licher Straße and Gießen Erdkauter Weg rail stops. Food stalls and bars will be available on site. Free parking is available for drivers at Philosophikum II of the University of Gießen.

Is parking available?
Free parking is available at Philosophikum II (Phil 2) at the University of Giessen. Guests must not park in the Fressnapf or Intersport car parks.

Entry to Rave and Sun Festival 2027 is for ages 18 or over. A valid photo ID must be shown at the entrance.
Will there be tickets available at the gate?
Tickets will be available at the gate provided the festival has not sold out. Tickets are cheaper in advance.
