How do I get to the festival?
The festival site is located at Thuishaven Terrein, Contactweg 68, Amsterdam. By public transport, take the metro to Lelylaan or Sloterdijk, then bus 21 or 22 to the Contactweg stop; the site is around a ten-minute walk from there. Alternatively, metro lines 50 or 51 run to Isolatorweg, followed by a 15 to 20-minute walk to the site. Bicycle parking is available directly at the entrance.
Is parking available?
Only a limited number of parking spaces are available at Thuishaven Terrein; the navigation address is Contactweg 68, 1014 BW Amsterdam. A guaranteed space can be reserved in advance via ParkBee at Thuishaven Isolatorweg.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Melody Garden Winter is an 18+ festival: entry is only permitted to visitors aged 18 or over, with no exceptions. ID will be checked on entry.
How do I pay on site?
Payments on site are made using consumption tokens, which can be purchased with cash, PIN or credit card. Tokens cannot be refunded or transferred to future events.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Outside food and drink are not permitted, except where medically necessary and supported by a doctor’s certificate. Cigarettes will not be available to buy at the festival. E-cigarettes are permitted, but new refill packs are not. Drugs are strictly prohibited, and thorough security checks will take place at the entrance.
Is the site accessible?
The Thuishaven site is largely wheelchair accessible, with level paths through the indoor and outdoor areas and a designated wheelchair-accessible car park.
