Questions & answers
How do I get to the festival?
The festival takes place at Île de Loisirs de Vaires-Torcy on Route de Lagny, 77200 Torcy. A shuttle bus is recommended, running between Torcy RER-A station and the festival site in line with RER timetables. The return wristband is issued at the RER station departure point and must be collected before arriving at the festival site.
Is parking available?
There is a paid car park close to the entrance, costing €12 per day. Access is available on a first-come, first-served basis only (“Wer zuerst kommt, parkt zuerst”); reservations and advance bookings are not possible. Once the car park is full, visitors must travel by shuttle, taxi, VTC or two-wheeler. Motorhomes and converted vans are not permitted, and wild parking on the Île de Loisirs or in the surrounding area is strictly prohibited.
How do I pay on site?
The site operates a cashless wristband system, issued when your ticket is scanned. You can top it up by scanning a QR code and paying by card, at automated top-up stations by card, or at cashless tills using card or cash. The cashless wristband is accepted at public bars and in VIP areas; food trucks, partner stalls and merchandise can only be paid for by card. Activation costs €1.50, while refunds incur a €2.50 fee.
Is the site accessible?
Disabled people and their companion must each hold their own ticket from the official ticket shop. One companion of the disabled person’s choice will receive expedited entry when arriving together with them. Two PMR/PSH wristbands may be issued on site for quicker access to La Kasbah, the bars and the toilets. A disability card and proof of purchase for both tickets must be submitted by email; requests are processed from 1 January to 1 May.
