About this festival
m4music Festival takes place at Schiffbau in Zurich on 19 and 20 March 2027, and is considered Switzerland’s first festival highlight of the year. Organised by Migros-Kulturprozent, the indoor event brings together electronic music, indie and hip hop across five stages. Alongside live concerts and DJ sets, the festival features a conference with expert talks and an award show for the Swiss music scene.
More than 30 shows are spread across the rooms of Schiffbau in Zurich-West, a former industrial building with a club feel. Its combination of music, industry networking and emerging-talent support makes it a curated festival with a programme-led focus. Super Early Bird tickets were already available; further categories will follow with the line-up announcement. Zurich Hauptbahnhof is within walking distance, and the site is accessible.

How do I get to the festival site?
The festival site is accessible without barriers from Zürich Hardbrücke station (200 metres) or the Schiffbau tram stop (50 metres).
What is the minimum age for entry?
Entry to the festival is permitted from the age of 16. Anyone under 16 may only enter when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or over. Proof of legal guardianship is required.
Which payment methods can I use on site?
The festival is largely cashless. You can pay by card or Twint. Moods and the m4music Bistro at LaSalle accept cash. Food stalls accept cards and cash. A deposit is charged on tableware and cups, which is credited to the cashless card when returned.
Is the festival accessible?
The festival is accessible without obstacles from Zürich Hardbrücke station and the Schiffbau tram stop. The Box can be reached via a ramp, while the Halle is at ground level. There is a wheelchair platform in the Halle and accessible toilets. Assistance and accompanying persons for people with disabilities are admitted free of charge.
Are dogs allowed on the festival site?
Guide and assistance dogs are allowed everywhere and, if needed, may be kept on a lead in the Quiet Zone while you attend a concert.
