LOA 2027 – Season Opening takes place on 21 and 22 May 2027 at Place de l’Académie in Esch-sur-Alzette. The two-day open-air event begins at 1 pm on Friday and ends at 11:59 pm on Saturday. The festival site is located on Avenue du Rock’n’Roll in Esch-Belval and provides the setting for Luxembourg Open Air’s season opening.
LOA is an electronic music festival in Luxembourg. Its sound spans Tech House, Deep House and EDM, bringing together different sides of electronic club and festival music. This edition is an open-air event held across two days. Tickets are already available through the official shop linked by the organiser. For the festival, Place de l’académie in Esch-Belval combines an urban backdrop with the open-air atmosphere of a two-day event.

How do I get to the festival?
LOA Festival Esch takes place in the heart of Belval. Bus routes 1, 3, 4, 7 and 15 serve the event; the nearest stops are Esch/Alzette, Av. du Rock'n'Roll, Belval, Belval Université and Raemerich. The nearest railway station is Belval (Université), Gare. Timetables are available at www.mobiliteit.lu and www.cfl.lu.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at P+R Belval-Gare, Parking Belval Plaza and BePark Maison du Savoir, all within walking distance of the festival site. The car parks remain accessible on both festival days. As capacity is limited, the organiser recommends car-sharing.
How old do I need to be to get in?
The festival is open to all ages. Children and young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the day of the event. Admission is free for children under 12 when accompanied by an adult; their wristband will be issued at the entrance.
How can I pay on site?
LOA Esch is entirely cashless. You can pay by debit or credit card, as well as Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.
Is the site accessible?

Can I leave the site during the event?
After your digital or printed ticket has been scanned at the entrance, you will receive a day or weekend wristband allowing re-entry at any time.
