About this festival
Ikarus Festival 2027 takes place at Allgäu Airport in Memmingen from 25 to 27 June. This multi-day open-air electronic camping festival transforms the airport site into a weekend of dance music under the open sky. Eight stages shape the programme, with more than 150 acts announced. The edition brings together a range of electronic sounds in a large-scale festival setting in the Allgäu.
Camping is central to the concept, making it possible to stay for the entire weekend. Allgäu Airport defines both the backdrop and the layout of the stages, festival grounds and accommodation area. Ikarus is for visitors looking to combine electronic music with a multi-day open-air festival and camping. Tickets for the 2027 edition are already available.

Camping
Ikarus Festival 2027 offers extensive accommodation as a camping festival. The campsite is just a few minutes’ walk from the festival site. To stay in your own tent, you will need a separate Camping Ticket in addition to a Full Weekend Ticket. If you do not wish to bring your own tent, Comfort Camping offers fixed accommodation. Car-Camping Tickets are available for those travelling by car, while Caravan-Camping is available for caravans. The campsite has permanent showers and toilets, as well as a supermarket and lockers.

How do I pay on site?
Ikarus Festival is entirely cashless. EC card, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, V-Pay and Maestro are accepted; no advance top-up is required.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Generators, knives and weapon-like items, gas cartridges, car and motorcycle batteries, glass bottles, drones, sound systems, fireworks, paraffin lamps, animals, megaphones, fire extinguishers and illegal drugs are not permitted. Dry ice is limited to a maximum of one kilogram.
Is the site accessible?
People with a severe disability ID card showing a degree of disability of 80 per cent or more receive free admission with a Regular Day or Regular Full Weekend Ticket. This also applies to one accompanying person if the card bears the B marker. Accessible toilets are available, and the ID card must be shown at the entrance.
Can I leave the site during the festival?
Re-entry is permitted with a Full-Weekend Ticket, but not with a day ticket. Vehicles may not leave the site temporarily.
When will the 2027 timetable be released?
A timetable with set times has not yet been published for the 2027 edition. It is expected to appear on the official festival website, where you can check the latest announcements.
Is vegan food available at the festival?
The festival FAQ lists vegetarian and vegan options in the food area on the festival site. There is also a supermarket at the campsite selling groceries and cooking ingredients.
Do I need to personalise my ticket?
If your ticket needs to be personalised, use ‘Bestellung anzeigen’ in the ticket email. Select and personalise each ticket individually, then download it. A ticket requiring personalisation cannot be downloaded until this has been completed.
