About this festival
Heatwave Open Air returns to the Bad Soden-Salmünster area for its summer edition on 13 and 14 August 2027. The two-day festival features two stages and brings together EDM, tech house, bass house, hardstyle and techno, with more than twenty acts from across the DACH region. Alongside the music, there is a campsite with showers and toilets, food trucks, a chill-out zone and a tattoo truck. The festival evening concludes with fireworks over the site.
Organised by Janssen Productions GmbH, the weekend combines open-air atmosphere with a club night. Tents, gazebos and camper vans are welcome in the campsite, with quiet hours in place from one am to eight am. Visitors travelling from the region can reach the site via the surrounding roads and railway stations. Further acts for this edition will be announced over the coming months, while advance sales for the cheapest tickets are already under way.
Camping
A dedicated camping area is available next to the festival site on the festival meadow in Bad Soden-Salmünster, with separate camping tickets required. Tents, gazebos and camper vans are permitted, and showers and toilets are available. There are no electricity or water hook-ups; quiet hours apply from 1 am to 8 am, and glass bottles and open fires are prohibited.
