About this festival
On 12 June 2027, the Eremitage Waghäusel will host the fifth anniversary edition of Electrique Baroque, bringing electronic music to the historic park. The open-air site has two stages for techno and house, with a compact daytime programme running from 12 pm to 10 pm. Since its first edition, the festival has become a regular fixture in south-west Germany's summer calendar, attracting visitors from across the region.
Admission is strictly for those aged eighteen or over. The entire site is cashless: alongside card payments, a Cashless-Card is available to buy with cash and can be returned after the event. Blind Tickets are already available in advance. The Eremitage in Waghäusel can be reached by car via the BAB 5 and by public transport.
Electrique Baroque is for electronic dance music fans looking to pair an open-air event in historic surroundings with international acts.

How do I get to the festival?
The Eremitage Waghäusel open-air site is around a five-minute walk from Waghäusel station. There are good rail connections before and after the festival.
Is parking available?
Public parking is available around the site. A large free car park can be reached via Bischof-von-Rammung-Straße, with further parking available at Waghäusel station.
How old do I need to be to attend?
This event is strictly for ages 18 and over, with no exceptions – parental consent forms will not be accepted. Expect ID checks at the entrance.
How can I pay on site?
A cashless system operates on site: card and smartphone payments are accepted at all food and drink stalls, including Girocard, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express. Cash is not accepted at the stalls; anyone without a card can top up a Cashless Card with cash at the charging stations. Any remaining balance will be paid out when the card is returned, up to 30 minutes after the event ends.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Prohibited items include backpacks and bags larger than DIN A4, stick umbrellas, suitcases, helmets, fireworks, selfie sticks, PET, aluminium and glass containers, weapons, camping chairs, professional cameras, drones, laser pointers and animals. Sun protection, small power banks and mini handheld fans are permitted.
What happens in bad weather?
Electrique Baroque goes ahead even in rain or bad weather. The programme will not be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Is the site accessible?
The festival site and the VIP backstage area behind the stage are accessible; only the stage itself cannot be accessed by wheelchair. For wheelchair users or visitors with a severe disability pass marked “B”, one accompanying person receives free admission to the site.
Can I leave the site and return later?
Re-entry is not permitted: once you leave the event site, your ticket becomes invalid.
What are the opening hours?
Doors open and the festival begins at 12 noon, ending at 10 pm. Electrique Baroque 2027 takes place on Saturday, 12 June 2027.
