About this festival
Electric Love Festival 2027 takes place from 8 to 10 July at the Salzburgring in Plainfeld. The three-day electronic music festival returns to the Grounds of Love, using the race circuit as an expansive festival site. This edition combines electronic music with a multi-day summer experience in the Salzburg region. A range of ticket categories is already available in advance, including day, festival and VIP passes.
The Salzburgring is located at Salzburgring 1 in Plainfeld. The festival is open to visitors aged 16 or over; the VIP-Lodge has a minimum age of 18. Alongside festival entry, camping and further accommodation options are available. The site can be reached via the official travel information. Specific acts and individual musical focuses for the 2027 edition will be added once they have been confirmed by name for this edition.
Camping
Electric Love Festival at the Salzburgring offers several camping options: Basic Camping (with sanitary facilities, showers, a supermarket, the Gasteiner Infinity Stage and Marketplace), the Pre-Pitched Area (ready-pitched tents for 2–6 people), and Comfort Camping (with a private entrance and reception). Camping is available as a separate ticket or included in the Full Experience Packages.

How do I get to the festival?
The festival takes place at the Salzburgring in the Fuschlsee region near Salzburg. Visitors arriving by car (PKW) should follow the traffic guidance system; a parking ticket is required. A free ELF shuttle runs every 20 minutes from Salzburg main station to the festival site and back. Train travel is possible via the main routes to Salzburg, with the shuttle taking you on from there.
Is parking available?
There is ample parking at the festival site. Every PKW requires a Parking Ticket. Kiss-&-Go stations allow for brief drop-offs and pick-ups. The CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge has its own car park with separate access.
How old do I need to be to get in?
The festival is strictly for those aged 16 or over. Entry is not possible for anyone under 16, even when accompanied by an adult. The CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge is accessible only to those aged 18 or over. Official photo ID and ID Austria are accepted.
Is there a box office?
Online tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at all box offices. The box offices open when admission begins.
How do I pay on site?
Payments across the entire festival site are cashless only, using the chip on your wristband. Cash or card payments are not accepted at the bars and food stalls. You can top up your credit at on-site top-up stations using a credit or debit card, or conveniently via Pre-Top-Up before the festival.
What can I bring, and what is prohibited?
Among the items prohibited in the Stage Area are glass items, cool boxes, speakers, umbrellas, rucksacks larger than DIN A3, food and drinks brought from home, and spray cans. Fabric drawstring bags smaller than DIN A3 are permitted. Detailed lists can be found in the house rules.
Is the site accessible?
The festival site at the Salzburgring is not fully accessible. Only some areas of the campsites and Stage Area are accessible. The campsites are reached via a sloping gravel path. A wheelchair platform will be provided at the Mainstage. If you have a disability rating of at least 50 per cent, one companion can receive a free festival ticket in the same category as well as a parking ticket.
Can I leave the site and return later?
Single Day Tickets are one-way tickets: you may enter the Stage Area once only. An exception applies to overnight guests staying on the campsites. Festival Passes and CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Tickets allow you to leave and re-enter the site as often as you like.
