About this festival
Circle of Leaves Festival 2026 takes place from 7 to 9 August at Marbach Reservoir in Oberzent, in the Odenwald. This three-day open-air festival combines techno with a nature-focused setting by the lake. Music, art, nature and food are all part of the concept, while camping can be booked separately from the festival ticket.
The programme centres on DJs and electronic music amid woodland and lakeside scenery. Marbach 26 is the starting point for the festival site and its different areas throughout the weekend. Circle of Leaves is aimed at visitors looking for a compact electronic summer festival away from major urban spaces. Running from Friday to Sunday, it allows for both day visits and overnight stays on site. The reservoir setting shapes the open-air experience.

How do I get to the festival?
Circle of Leaves Festival takes place in the Odenwald. Enter In der Marbach 26, 64760 Oberzent into your sat-nav. From Frankfurt, take the A5 to Bensheim, then continue via Lindenfels, Michelstadt and Beerfelden. From Mannheim/Heidelberg, take the B37 via Neckargemünd and Eberbach. From Würzburg/Aschaffenburg, take the A3 to Stockstadt, then continue via Höchst and Michelstadt. The destination station for travelling by public transport is Michelstadt, with free festival shuttles running from there.
Is parking available?
Two park-and-ride car parks are available: Car Park 1 in Michelstadt at the Bienenmarktgelände (Am Festplatz, 64720 Michelstadt), and Car Park 2 in Beerfelden at the Oberzenthalle (Adalbert-Stifter-Straße 8, 64743 Oberzent). Shuttle buses run from both car parks to the festival site.
How old do I need to be to get in?
Anyone under 18 needs a declaration of consent from their legal guardians to attend the festival.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Animals are not permitted in either the campsite or the festival grounds.
