Butterfly Festival 2027

Two stages bring together well-known hits and electronic club music at Butterfly Festival in Gothenburg. The 2027 edition takes over Frihamnen Arena on the waterfront on 11 and 12 June. While the main stage hosts open-air concerts, Hangaren provides a dedicated area for DJs and rave. Alex Warren is confirmed for Saturday. More than 25 performances are planned across the two festival days.

The festival site is open from 3 pm until midnight each day. Separately accessible afterparties run in Hangaren from 23.59 until 3 am. Street food, a Silent Disco and fairground rides also form part of the site programme. It is possible to travel without a car: buses run from the central station to the Frihamnsporten stop, while tram stops including Frihamnen and Jubileumsparken are also within reach.
