About this festival
Boom Festival celebrates its thirtieth year in 2027. From 18 to 25 July, Boomland at Herdade da Granja near Idanha-a-Nova becomes a meeting point for psychedelic culture. Since 1997, the festival has brought psytrance, visual arts, workshops and environmental projects to the shores of the reservoir, drawing visitors from around the world to the Beira Baixa region. The programme for the 2027 edition will be announced in the coming months.
Camping is on the festival site in your own tent, with a dedicated camping section in the official Boom Guide. Tickets are available through the official ambassador network and online presale, which begins in phases from October 2026. The full-moon dates of 18 to 25 July 2027 have already been confirmed.
Camping
Guests camp in their own tents at the Boomland festival site. The official Boom Guide for the 2027 edition includes a dedicated camping section with further information.
