About this festival

Between Mountains Festival 2026 takes place from 4 to 6 September at Holdenweid in Hölstein, in the canton of Basel-Landschaft. This two-day open-air festival brings together electronic live music with classical and experimental sounds in a clearing above Hölstein. Camping is available on site, adding overnight stays in nature to the festival weekend.

The line-up for the second edition includes Acid Pauli, Stimming, Sebastian Mullaert, Robot Koch, Earth Trax and AFAR. The programme spans two and a half days and nights, featuring a curated mix of electronic producers and live acts. The festival is organised by the Detect team together with the Kollektiv für kulturelle Aufgaben (kfka). Holdenweid provides a natural setting for music beyond the mainstream.
