About this festival
The seventh Aarauer Rave takes place at Aarau Racecourse on 29 August 2026. Around ten DJs from the techno scene will play from 3 pm until 2 am, with organisers expecting more than 2,000 guests on site. With lounges, advance ticket sales and tickets planned to be available on the door, the rave is firmly established in the Canton of Aargau’s events calendar and is for audiences aged 18 or over.
Tickets are available through the official advance sale; the early-bird phase started at 29 francs, and tickets are also planned to be available on the door. The open-air event uses the racecourse grounds on the outskirts of Aarau. The organiser publishes the names of the DJs performing on its website, and the programme is entirely techno.

How do I get to the festival?
Public transport is recommended for travelling to Aarauer Rave at the Pferderennbahn Aarau site. A bus runs from Aarau railway station to the Allmend stop, from where the festival site is around a five-minute walk.
Is parking available?
There is no parking at the racecourse site. Guests travelling by car can use nearby car parks in Aarau, such as Parkhaus Flösserplatz or Parkplatz Fretz.
