UEBERREST

UEBERREST, real name Tim Werder, is a Swiss DJ and producer who brings hardness and momentum together in his techno. His music combines raw, distorted energy with a structure that remains audible even at its most forceful.

He was shaped early on by his mother’s voice, hours spent in the dance studio and music ranging from hip-hop to electronica. He played guitar for more than eight years, preferring to learn tracks by ear rather than read sheet music. He has been active in the European hard-techno scene since around 2021, finding a distinctive home for his sound through releases on Kobosil’s 44 Label Group.

His release there, “44008”, arrived as an eight-track project rather than a single track. UEBERREST has also found his place on major stages, including Unreal, Verknipt and Teletech.

His sets pair dark, industrial sounds and high speeds with the buoyant force of his club-focused techno. Rather than relying on distortion alone, he builds atmosphere and tension over longer arcs, then carries that intensity onto the dancefloor.
