ALLE FARBEN

Alle Farben is the stage name of Frans Zimmer, a DJ and producer from Berlin-Kreuzberg. His music combines house with tech-house influences, bridging the gap between the club and the big festival stage.

Before turning to music, Zimmer wanted to study painting. He later trained as a graphic designer and also earned money working as a confectioner. From 2009, he focused on music production; the name “Hundert Farben”, inspired by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, eventually became “Alle Farben”. He initially reached audiences primarily through SoundCloud before playing to around 30,000 people at Berlin’s former Tempelhof Airport in 2012.

In 2014, he released “She Moves (Far Away)” with Graham Candy, the first single from his debut album. “Supergirl”, produced with Anna Naklab and Younotus, reached number one in Austria and achieved platinum status. “Please Tell Rosie”, again created with Younotus, also struck a chord: the track climbed to number three in the German singles chart and earned him another platinum award. In 2017, he received the ECHO in the Dance National category.

To this day, Alle Farben brings together both sides of his sound: deeper club tracks shaped by tech house and major festival anthems. At events including Parookaville and Lollapalooza, he brings that range to large festival audiences.
